About Rachal Lohr-Dean Rachal Lohr-Dean is an Acupuncturist licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. She also has a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. Her Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is from the prestigious Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. She has over 3000 hours of training in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Massage, Asian Medical Theory, and Western Sciences.
