First Holiday Snow of the Season! December 5, 2007 in BrambletonWednesday, December 5, 2007
Jingle Bells were on the snow plows today in Brambleton of Ashburn, Virginia. With lovely cloudy gray skies gently sprinkling wet snowflakes on our suburban holiday village, by noon today the snowplows had already made their first trip around. I’d say that puts a holiday smile for safer travel home to all the Brambletonians, and speaks wonders for the convenience of life here in Loudoun County. Don’t forget to watch for reindeer darting across our Loudoun County Parkways at night while on your way home from shopping, too. With the dazzle of Christmas and Seasonal lights in our eyes and sparkling patches of occasional black ice, that after dark driving needs an extra bit of our attention to bring ourselves and neighbors back to safe and warm Brambleton homes.
DRIVE SAFELY, EVERYONE!
